By downloading or using Orqio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Where Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, these terms supplement it.
Orqio is a media player. It provides no television channels, films, series or other media content, and no subscription to any broadcast service. All content is supplied by playlist or Xtream sources that you configure and that you are responsible for.
You confirm that you have the legal right to access any source you add to Orqio. Using the app to access content without proper authorization from the content owner is prohibited. We may refuse service where the law requires it. Orqio has no affiliation with any IPTV provider.
Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are limited to a reasonable number of devices as shown in the app. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or unlawful activity.
Optional premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. Prices and periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Nothing in the app removes your statutory rights.
You may not reverse engineer the service, probe or disrupt our servers, resell access, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.
The app is provided "as is". Playback quality depends on your sources and network, which we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
We may update these terms; changes appear on this page with the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
