Orqio ("the app") is an IPTV player for Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, operated by Orqio ("we"). This policy explains what data the app and the Orqio account service process, why, and what your choices are. Contact: [email protected].
Orqio does not provide, host, sell or index any television channels, films or other media content. The app plays content only from playlist or Xtream sources that you configure yourself. We do not monitor, track or store what you watch on your provider beyond the features described below.
Your playback source credentials (Xtream logins, M3U addresses) are stored locally in the device keychain. Downloaded media, artwork caches, guide (EPG) data and playback preferences are stored locally. This data never reaches our servers in plain form.
If you create an Orqio account, we store: your email address, a securely hashed password, your profiles, watch progress and favourites, source configurations (encrypted at rest with keys we manage), device names for the device list, and subscription entitlement status. This is the data that powers sync between your devices.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, we do not run third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, we do not profile your viewing habits, and we never sell any data to anyone.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details; we receive only an anonymous entitlement confirmation from Apple.
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account in the app; deletion removes your account data from our servers. You can also request deletion by email.
The app talks to the playback sources you configure and, if you use subtitle search, to OpenSubtitles with the query you type. Your source credentials are sent only to the source itself, never to us or anyone else.
Orqio is not directed at children. Profile safety PINs are a convenience feature for households, not a parental-control guarantee.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
